For more information read the article about the Airport Security Fee.

How can I check if I have already registered my self & the other 3 travellers to visit Sal in Cape Verde?
CapeVerdeIslands.org says
Hello David,
What do you mean? If you are coming from the EU, you only need to register (preferable in advance) and pay a security fee at the border. A visa is not needed.

Hello,
What is the visa procedure for people from Ecuador?
I’m from the EU, but my friend is from Ecuador, does that make any difference?
CapeVerdeIslands.org says
Hello,
Ecuadorian citizens need to obtain a tourist visa to enter Cape Verde. So, there is a difference between EU-passport holders and Ecuadorian citizens in term of requirements to enter Cape Verde. In the end these requirements are not that hard.

Hello Sir, I am Cameroonian who live in Morocco and currently I am in Ghana .I would like to visit Cape Verde for 2 weeks I wanted to know if I will be able to travel from Ghana. knowing that I do not have a residence permit in Ghana but rather a Moroccan residence card where I intend to return after my vacation to Cape Verde.I wanted to know if I’m forced to take a visa or I can take an arrival visa ?
CapeVerdeIslands.org says
Hello Diane,
Do we understand it correctly that you are a Moroccan passport holder? Morocco is one of non-visa-exempt countries and has the exception that it can not obtain a tourist visa on arrival. In this case you should obtain one before travelling to Cape Verde.
